This is an awesome place to have a car serviced. Service was great the moment I called. The staff was very friendly when I made the appointment to bring my 2019 Ford Mustang in. I explained what was wrong and they knew exactly what the problem was. I was offered a loaner vehicle which was very helpful. I was sent pictures and explanations of the suggested repairs, and the repairs were completed in the promised timeframe. I will definitely be returning because they are very honest and seem to really value their customers. This is the best auto service I have had in years.

I called Craig’s as my engine light had come on. They were able to get my car checked out the same day with very swift service. They have diligently kept my 2002 running for the last 9 years. Awesome!

Called at 5:00 last Thursday to see about dropping off my Subaru. Spoke to Matt or Brian and he advised that would be fine and he’d get back to me Friday morning. At 8:01am he texted that he was about to check out the car. At 9:00 he emailed me a link to the diagnostics, identified six issues, with pictures, even sent pictures of filters that didn’t need changed. We talked about the major item, agreed on price which was very reasonable. I picked up the car at 2pm, they had it waiting out front with the AC on (nice touch). Possibly best experience that I’ve ever had with a car repair. I will be taking all my cars there for service and letting my friends and neighbors know about the experience. Thanks!

I really trust the technicians at Craigs. Their vehicle health report is absolutely awesome. Now I always have a record of what was done on my vehicles and why. It also prompts me to ask questions to increase my knowledge of car maintenance. These questions are always clearly answered. Craig should be very proud of his great company! Craig’s performed a pre-purchase check-up on a truck I was considering purchasing. The results helped me negotiate proper repairs before I made the deal with the dealership. I can’t tell you how much I appreciate the expertise, thoroughness and honesty of those at Craig’s Car Care. I highly recommend them!
